Donna Ratliff, Founder and CEO
A native of Elkhorn City, Ky., Donna founded An Eye for Detail Cleaning in 1987 and has nurtured her company into a highly respected, reputable business by focusing on employee development and customer satisfaction. Most of her employees have been with An Eye for Detail Cleaning for many years, as have most of her loyal clients. Donna has been a true friend to the Lexington community since enrolling at the University of Kentucky in the early 1980’s. She gives both time and money to local charities and is a loyal contributor and vocal supporter of UK Athletics.
